My apologies for not being able to attend last meetings, but I heard the record  and read the transcripts and the strawman document. May I ask if the diversity elements should also be considered in PTI & review teams , I mean the new entities affiliated to ICANN after the transition? to achieve the WS objective of enhancing the accountability. Just to include them as input in the questionnaire and a resource in the data collection process.

I think information that can be gotten from SOI are not sufficient because no question about sex or language in the SOI form. As for drafting the questionnaire, I think we should reach ACs/SOs leaders first with the question about their current consideration of diversity and their future requirements before drafting the questionnaire.
