Thanks for the great work on the report. 

I had three quick questions:

- I am correct that in the visual the total percentage of people interviewed adds to 101% (1 +3 + 48 + 49)?
- The language in the bottom right box means that women are more likely to care that caring/familial responsibilities impact than men/non-binary people? It is a bit hard to read from the current formulation. 
- Why was it opted to refer to women as females and men as males? Instead of just women and men?
