Thank you for distributing the latest version of the questionnaire.  I am unsure whether this email will go to the diversity mailing list as I don’t believe I have permission to send to it, so I am copying Fiona and Rafik.

I do not quite understand the meaning of the phrase highlighted in red below in Q4 and suggest that the wording should be changed to make the meaning clear.
