Thanks for your observation. We probably need to rephrase that question to read:
4. Is there any educational or informational initiatives towards diversity within your SO/AC you would recommend (seminars, discussions or reading material)?

Dear Julia,
Thank you for distributing the latest version of the questionnaire. I am unsure whether this email will go to the diversity mailing list as I don’t believe I have permission to send to it, so I am copying Fiona and Rafik.
I do not quite understand the meaning of the phrase highlighted in red below in Q4 and suggest that the wording should be changed to make the meaning clear.
4. Is there any educational or informational initiative towards diversity in your SO/AC (seminars, reading materials recommended, a discussion group or any resource to know what the theme is)?
Cheers, Julie
Dear All,
As requested by the CCWG WS2 Diversity Co-Rapporteurs and on behalf of the GAC Underserved Regions Working Group Co-Chairs, please find attached a cleaned up version of the CCWG WS2 Diversity questionnaire, as well as the draft GAC USR WG Survey that Alice mentioned during the last conference call.
I also attached the latest version of the Diversity questionnaire with all the comments, which you can also find on the google doc link here: http://tinyurl.com/j37l4hx.
Should you have any questions or comments, please let us know.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Julia Charvolen
