@ Chris , Is this tool or service will be on the same community workspace or a separate tool? 

And with the very long email exchange on mailing lists , the community members would need their accounts on the workspace to be customized and to have for example a (To-do list) tab with reminder alerts on the deadlines of the public comments that the user flagged or those related to the groups s/he is a member in ,.. and so on.
