Lori, I suggested a few changes/comments that I though clarified or fixed problem. That was the purpose of the review period I thought. Lito also identified some typos (such as "The will avoid..." in section 2d.

I am attaching it here. If you wish to ignore these and fix them prior to second reading, fine.
