Dear Subteam,
Attached, please find the updated draft report for review and input. I have inserted all of the changes per today’s call including providing a definition for “Indemnified Party” so as not to be confused with Decisional Participant. The
definition appears in Section II rather than the Executive Summary as we discussed in call because it flows better. I have kept the Executive Summary as simple and straight forward as possible.
We agreed that all substantive feedback is due by 23:59 on Sunday, January 29 in order for the document to be ready for an Initial Read by the Plenary on February 8, 2017. We also agreed that all of the work will be done on the list to
avoid another call. If we get the work done as agreed, I will cancel next week’s call. We also have the call on the 8th a few hours after the plenary. Shall we keep that call so I can report back or shall we wait until the following week’s call
for a report?
