I hope my brief read over and very minor edit (format) comment both for page 5 are not a sign of a "... ... forrests and trees' issue from me, but I thought the doc was just fine...

So minor format and edit points page 5... unless in response to our Q2 to ICANN Legal, we are quoting them with the TBD , I suggest we replace that placeholder with a term like 'pending' / 'yet to be received' or some such...

And...

Just one of my personal niggles is orphaned text so I please check if on your master doc, as I use android OS so it might be just my display, if we can ensure that the subheader 2. Escalation is connected and not on a separate page to its following text...
