Sorry, but I cannot serve as a representative of the ASO.
Per the ASO MoU only the chair of the NRO EC can speak
on behalf of the ASO, and only with the unanimous agreement
of all 5 NRO EC members.
I have copied the NRO EC chair. I suspect he will need to
discuss this with the other NRO EC members before they
can respond formally.
I will also pass this email along the the ASO AC for their
consideration, but only the ASO AC chair may speak on
behalf of the ASO AC.
