Proposed topic call January 31 19:00 UTC
Dear all, I hope this e-mail finds you well. I would like to propose for our meeting tomorrow to discuss the response by the co-chair to our question. This has already been discussed on the list, and it will probably also be discussed in the plenary next week, but I thought it would probably be good to also discuss it in our meeting. Several people have already posted quite elaborate opinions on the mailinglist, I will probably call on them to summarize their position and suggested way forward as a discussion starter, of course others are invited to prepare a plea as well. I'm greatly looking forward to our call tomorrow. Best, Niels -- Niels ten Oever Head of Digital Article 19 www.article19.org PGP fingerprint 8D9F C567 BEE4 A431 56C4 678B 08B5 A0F2 636D 68E9
Dear all, my apologies - I probably won't be able to make the call tomorrow as I am travelling, though I will try to. But the chances are very slim or rather non-existent. I already wrote my opinion on the list and all in all I agree with what Greg said here as well. I am really sorry that I can't participate in tomorrow's group discussion but I hope it has been clear where I stand with regard to the current FoI draft. Niels, if you want I can briefly summarise my position for the call tomorrow and send it to the list again but am not sure whether this is helpful as I already wrote a number of emails here. Wish you all a very productive call! Warm regards Tanya On 30/01/17 16:23, Niels ten Oever wrote:

Hi Niels I am unable to attend this call. As one of those who has posted opinions on the matter for discussion I am confident that you will reflect those on the call. Thanks and my apologies. Matthew On 30/01/2017 15:23, Niels ten Oever wrote:
