Regarding the dispute resolution point, we could consider adding, “Policymakers also need to consider how Request for Reconsideration and/or Independent Review Panel will operate in relation to Human Rights and whether or not any less formal procedures should be available within ICANN for claims based on a violation of the Human Rights Core Value.” I have no idea where this language would go – but perhaps David or Greg or Tatiana could help with that (even though Tatiana is traveling.)
