In addition to the former: the summary does not reflect the answer from the “.swiss” registry – in particular the answer to Q1 is (apart from the translation issues) not summarized but cut off after the initial general paras – leaving out the substance of the answer which deals with specific jurisdictional issues.

Hence, please complete the summary, especially on Q1 and disregard this first summary at least as what “.swiss” is concerned.

Dear all

Although I have not the time to revise the translation of the „.swiss“ contribution I note that it is not fully accurate.

For instance, the response to question 1 is more nuanced (its French original says amongst other things, that “it was not evident” for the Swiss Government to determine itself to enter into a contract – not that it “was not readily determined”…) –

Hence, a word of caution, a reminder that only the original is “official”, and a request to check the translation again.

As requested at the meeting today please find attached the staff summary of the responses to the jurisdiction questionnaire in both Excel and PDF.

The format should be fairly simple to understand except for the second column which is a staff suggestion as to IF the response should be analyzed (Yes, No, ?)

If a response was overly long for this format a part of it is included as well as the mention "(long response - see submission)".

This summary now includes the three translated replies which are also attached to this email.
