Please find the updated versions of the summary document based on the requests following today's Jurisdiction meeting.

Changes are:

  • Page numbers requested - I have not included page numbers as these could change between the versions (PDF etc) of the document. However I have added a unique number for each SUBJECT line which starts with:
    • 1.01 Choice of Law for the first comment on choice of law
    • 1.02 Choice of Law for the second comment on choice of law etc and
    • 2.01 Choice of Venue etc.
  • I have added the item requested by SDB as 
    • GNSO-BC 3.06 Continued Discussions of Jurisdictional issues
  • I have produced 2 PDF versions
    • The first does not have the annotation from today's call but can be printed landscape on Letter or A4 paper
    • The second includes the annotation and fits on Legal or A5 paper
    • Both of these are in the Excel document in separate tabs.
As such three attachments to this email.
