Thank you greg .I have added some comments as well regarding some points which i believe to be ambigus (lacking maybe more explanation on the draft ) and some suggestions .All,I attach the current version of the Choice of Law and Choice of Venue Recommendation. I have tried to "accept" and "resolve" any open edits that have either been around for a few days or appeared non-substantive or non-controversial. I've left in the most recent edits, as well as a few that I felt the group should expressly see as edits before finalizing the document.
