Can you take the "footer" out of each of the documents before posting (i.e., the ME1 24013371v.2 at the bottom of each page)?  Also, can you please clarify how the posting of the questionnaire in English and each of the translations will be accomplished.  It was my understanding that a link would be put on the ICANN public comment page, which would lead to a page where the questionnaire was available.  This should also be announced through the ICANN Daily Digest and MyICANN mailing lists and through any of the other usual channels.

I believe the intention is to post these tomorrow (9 February).  I don't think we should delay the opening of the questionnaire.  I suggest that this be distributed to the plenary list as well, and that a request goes out asking for a volunteer fluent in each language to read it either before they are posted or as soon as possible afterwards.  If we discover an issue, we can always revise the posted materials accordingly.
