A lot of efforts were made in this regard.

I will make an statement in the plenary .To this effect IO will also propose that sufficient commenting period be agreed to allow the répondants to search, collect and assemble documentation hope those who  unprecedently were  mobilized to push for their views  as finally and reluctantly now agreed would not object to that suggestion.

 I also agree with Paul to add Astérix against " Jurisdiction " in Q4

The email below with clean and marked versions of the revised Questionnaire was sent to staff for distribution to the Plenary.  Congratulations to the Subgroup for coming to consensus on question 4, which allowed us to complete our revisions to the draft Questionnaire and bring it back to the CCWG-Plenary tomorrow.  Soon, we will be able to release our questionnaire and look forward to receiving responses to help inform the subgroup as we continue our work.
