All: Attached is the version of the Multiple Layers of Jurisdiction document used in the plenary meeting that just concluded. This is the current state of the document in Google Drive (except that I have added participant names, which otherwise disappear when the document is downloaded). Please continue to work in Google Docs on this document and the "Influence of Jurisdiction" document. These will ultimately be part of our deliverable, so it's important that these progress. Greg
