As discussed on our 18-Aug call, I updated our draft report to:

1.  include Kavouss’ observations about Mutual Accountability Roundtable (page 9)

2. Add a table showing existing reviews of SO/AC “accountability" and “effectiveness”  (pages 3-4 and also in attached PDF)

As promised on our call last week, your rapporteurs drafted a first report on our SOAC project for Work Stream  2. 

This report begins with background on SOAC Accountability from the CCWG final proposal, with links to underlying documents.

Then we summarize discussions on the first and second calls. 

The document is attached as a PDF, and we’ve posted a Google Doc where participants and observers can add their suggestions.


We will soon circulate an agenda for our next call, occurring 0500 UTC on Thursday 18-Aug.
