a) Data Capture documentation of input materials from SOAC's - (10-15min FB) 

In previous calls, while exploring methodology, we have reviewed and discussed, main single topics from this track from the data capture exercise,  and outlined some proposed recommendations based on these materials; for today's  Agenda. we shall briefly review the remaining topics as per email on February 16th from Farzaneh.:- outlining and calling for comment on the  draft  data capture and the recommendations for

b) Review and discuss (as 1st reading for the WT) the Consolidated Draft Report - (30-35 mins SDB)  as per email from Steve Del Bianco on February 21st with mark up copy of word doc attached, also link to Google Doc version at https://docs.google.com/document/d/14y1GB9vGhsWXVXtdtZmAjCWwzKVfrLfwDQYksrkDD94/edit?usp=sharing    the aim in this call is to review and discuss edits and additions for our second reading at next weeks call (Mar 2nd) with our final draft document going to the CCWG WG before March 3rd.   If we can make this proposed schedule of work, we can report to the CCWG Plenary at our face-to-face meeting at Copenhagen on 10-March and take that as our 1st reading by the CCWG.
