I do not know what are being cooked for this little group.

Is there any Plan to convert this little group to a Research Institute or what else?

What is the usefulness and practical implementation of all these topics?

Please provide one example of internal capture and one example of external capture

Perhaps ST 18 which pushed by some people and contested by some others IS ONE EXAMPLE OF Internal Capture pursuant to the description of that capture, i.e. ,in full implementation of ST18, one single Government could capture all other government opposing an overwhelmingly majority decision of all expect that single government.

I think people contradicting their own views
