Hi all

Thanks for a good call yesterday - tricky but constructive and overall, helpful.

I've thought overnight about our chat yesterday and prepared a two and a half page note that talks about two issues for Plenary and others' input in Copenhagen:

- how can we work better with ICANN to do our task?

- can we adjust / tweak the scope and mandate of our work along the lines discussed yesterday?

I haven't had time to loop Avri in on this draft so she may add some content too.

My understanding is that on our call on Thursday at 05 UTC, we will:

- spend hopefully a short time amending and finalising this note

- spend hopefully a short time agreeing with / removing comments from the Docs so they are easier reads
