Avri and I have had a chat / brainstorm at the IGF meeting and have prepared for the group's consideration an ambitious but achievable work plan. Attached as PDF and the Google doc is at:

This would keep us on track for our schedule to have things ready for CCWG plenary First Reading at Copenhagen.
