Hello everyone,

Based on the conversations during and since ICANN59, I have the following reflections I wanted to share for the group’s consideration. I have kept these in a separate document for now, to avoid creating confusion in the working document until the group has evaluated the ideas and suggestions presented here.

For clarification, I provide these thoughts in my own individual capacity as a team member of the staff accountability subgroup. These have not gone through any internal process within ICANN prior to my providing them here.

I will be on the call this week and will be happy to discuss any of these suggestions.
