We hope to finish and finalise this on the call on 16 February, and get it to the CCWG in time for debate in Copenhagen.

Here are some things to think about:

* what's the right scope for the work - i.e. does it stray too far from the overall topic of Staff Accountability?

* what do you think of the structural changes to the doc I have proposed today?

* read the recommendations - any questions or concerns about them would be helpful
