The numbers refer to the rows in the issue table, located on the wiki. I believe based on the last call that the rapporteurs are moving forward with consolidating all of the content as appropriate into the draft documents for plenary review, and will clearly map issues, mechanisms, and suggestions accordingly.

Hello all,

In an attempt to help us with the analysis of the issues table, I took the effort to compile a list of the different mechanisms the organization currently has. I also tried to identify what I thought were the mechanisms that are designed to address the issues identified in the issues table.

This might help us identify more specifically gaps or recommendations for improvements. I offer this up for the group to discuss on our next calls.
