Dear working group members

Greetings. Please find attached my first draft to reply to the staff questions. I wanted to just condense the text from text a but then thought it would be stupid to repeat everything. The key is that in the point of view of ICANN.org and its staff, the community role is now to support and aid ICANN.org and it's staff and not how it should be the other way round). I have decided to send you now what I have, otherwise I will write another 5 pages and my language.
