Hi all As you know at our 10 March meeting in Copenhagen, the changes we had sought to our work approach were agreed. We can use the call this coming week to explain the discussions Avri and I have had with ICANN and what our other next steps are. In the meantime we can progress a concrete part of the work. I've developed a table for us to use in continuing our work, where we can identify issues found with staff accountability, along with the contributors to those issues and the impact of the issue. This process is important to make sure we understand the problems we are trying to solve. *If we can flesh this table out over the next week or so and discuss at our call in the coming week, that'd be useful work. * Once we have got a pretty clear view of what the issues are, what is causing them and what the impact is, then we can move into solution approaches. Here's the doc, set to Comment mode so you can add your thoughts: https://docs.google.com/document/d/12ihFgBE5lcVTfiL6wft9MsOqHaSSKnzIDd1utROo... I've also attached it as a PDF. *Please remember that these should be systemic issues. Don't add content about a particular example or name/identify any community or staff members. * If you don't know if your example is a one off, just generalise it and add it to the doc AS IF it was one that was not unique. The group can discuss it and see if other examples are known to justify inclusion. I don't see this becoming an enormously long list, but let's see how we go. Thoughts, comments etc v welcome. cheers Jordan -- Jordan Carter Chief Executive *InternetNZ * +64-4-495-2118 (office) | +64-21-442-649 (mob) | Skype: jordancarter jordan@InternetNZ.net.nz | www.InternetNZ.nz *A better world through a better Internet*
