Hi, No ICANN (the trinity) is composed of Community, Board and Organization. That was discussed, and fought over, in the WS2 and since the staff &c has decided that it is called the organization, we have had to adjust. I did include a footnote on this usage, though it will be defined for all the subgroups so we have common language. avri On 19-Jun-17 02:19, Pam Little wrote:

I would also suggest replacing "Community" with "community" for consistency and to avoid confusion with the Empowered Community (a defined term under the ICANN Bylaws).

"This report is using the agreed upon usage for ICANN Organization (which includes all full, part time and contracted staff), ICANN Board, and ICANN Community. The term ICANN, when used alone, refers to the trinity of ICANN Organization, ICANN Board and ICANN Community."
