Hello all, In an attempt to help us with the analysis of the issues table, I took the effort to compile a list of the different mechanisms the organization currently has. I also tried to identify what I thought were the mechanisms that are designed to address the issues identified in the issues table. This might help us identify more specifically gaps or recommendations for improvements.
