I agree, Fiona. The Rev.3 phase of the GDC development is being conducted in an extremely frustrating and devious retreat behind closed doors in New York. It's appalling and highly disrespectful that there is still no communication about the third revision on the GDC page of the Tech Envoy's website. The resource commitments that non-government stakeholders have made over the last three years in contributing to the various stages of the GDC process have apparently been disregarded.
