The fact is, as far as transcription goes, nothing is 100% accurate. AI tends to be more verbatim than humans, but may mishear words. It can be said that
humans are superior but it depends on individual, the context, and the accents involved.. Some stenos are genius, and I bow to them.
Manually correcting is highly laborious.Takes me an hour to do 10 minutes, I have transcribed many NRI sessions, and have lerant the hard way to start from scratch with AI, rather than try to unravel the himan output.
However I have come up with a 5 step process, using one human (me), and 4 different AIs, that I think does a pretty good job, including identifying alphabet soup, and yet has halloween me to process the entire UK IGF over the weekend.
That disclaimer is saying 'trust but verify" and the video is provided for exactly that purpose. The disclaimer also serves as an indication that if one is a stickler, perhaps one should do one's own analysis. However if one paid a commercial service to do the same thing including analysis it would be around $300/hour, and possibly, in the end, be less accurate.
That said. If you perceive any howlers in there, feel free to send in corrections. The entire UK IGF is at
