Hello to all

Passing along Revision 1 of the draft Global Digital Compact.  

My first reading, it definitely seems better at recognizing existing efforts at the ITU, IGF, WSIS Forum, CSTD, etc. and using that for much of the follow up, still some new things on AI proposed that seems unnecessary, and then the idea of new UN office (para 70) that could be problematic.   Overall though ok on Internet governance as a general matter.

Curious to hear what others think.
