Hi all,

I wanted to share a brief blog article I wrote for the DNS Research Federation on revision 4: https://dnsrf.org/blog/global-digital-compact-bartering-for-the-internet-future/index.html. It is based on the August 27 version, but still relevant given the minor changes seen in the Sept 6 version.

Hope this is of help to those of you analysing the text, I welcome comments/reactions.
