The co-facilitators have published the WSIS+20 Roadmap. You can download it from the official WSIS+20 webpage: https://publicadministration.desa.un.org/wsis20

Note that the stakeholder consultation will be virtual, which will allow people from all over the world to join the conversation with the co-facilitators and the member states, but that in November there will be a consultation also at the UNHQ in New York. Clearly UNDESA are running this process in a way that is considering the fact that not everyone could travel to New York for the consultations.
