Assume Russia amendments to GDC were also not accepted?

Hi all

There will be no discussion tomorrow, but the amendment will be put to a vote, unless RF decides to drop it. Then they will adopt the Pact and its annexes by consensus. And I amplify the below point: This text would sit in the Pact, not the GDC, however, it would undermine the whole package of Pact, GDC and Declaration for Future Generations.

It's an amendment for the Pact, rather than the GDC, but since it's for the first section of the Pact, it means it's an umbrella concept that applies to the rest of the text, including the GDC. I wouldn't be surprised if the authors of the amendment ask this to be put to a vote.
