Siva,

There was need for more remote global participants to ask to make contributions live and there was need for stronger moderation on some sessions that veered off subject. In that sense, the on-site process was not as even as it could have been. That makes figuring out the outcomes of the event itself more difficult.

For an analysis of the contributions made prior to the event, I think Carolina's post paints a good picture.

Best,

Would be helpful if those who were in the room described what transpired at Netmundial, how the outcome statement evolved, and also give us an idea of who was happy and who was not.

Thank you.

Dear Colleagues,

Please see the NetMundial+10 outcome document https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fnetmundial.br%2Fpdf%2FNETmundial10-MultistakeholderStatement-2024.pdf&data=05%7C02%7Czeina.bouharb%40ogero.gov.lb%7C0c1099ed20764d97f3c708dc69f43b28%7Ca672573e76a941c09181296762500e82%7C0%7C1%7C638501744895732218%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=QYYmUBfdEobLTc6SYtePwMAF3Po0KMAm5jTcXkwekFU%3D&reserved=0 It specifically references the NRIs as well. Once our Brazil IGF colleagues rest, I suggest that we ask them to provide a debrief at our next meeting.

Best regards,
Anja

Dear all

Attached you'll find the NM10 Outcome that brings useful Guidelines on multistakeholder collaboration (the São Paulo Guidelines) as well as useful inputs into GDC, IGF and WSIS+20. Am really happy to have been part of this adventure.

The IGF is being invited to be the São Paulo Guidelines "depositary/caretaker": I feel we could brainstorm on the many possibilities in our WG Strategy and see how we bring this valuable contribution forward, as yet another innovation of our multistakeholder approach.

kindly

Jorge
