I guess it would be the best if UN can simultaneously webcast to UN WebTV or YouTube Live. However, I don't see in the schedule of the former one. Otherwise, you need to get permission from UN to share live stream and/or recordings of the session by a participant who have already registered if UN itself won't have a plan to publish recordings. I don't see it on https://www.youtube.com/@WSISProcess/streams <https://www.youtube.com/@WSISProcess/streams> and neither of the earlier sessions were livestreamed.

 As far as copyright / permission goes, the UN's tight copyright regime is at odds with the openness and transparency that is intrinsic to the multistakeholder process.
