The session reflected on more than a decade of Youth IGF evolution, highlighting how youth engagement has moved from participation to tangible policy influence at national, regional, and global levels. Speakers from youth leadership and parliaments emphasized the need to institutionalize youth voices as active co-authors of Internet governance, not merely participants or observers.
