      All,

For simplicity we have regrouped all documents for the upcoming plenary
into one email.

For each of Diversity, Ombuds and Staff Accountability please find attached:

   - Final recommendation - clean
   - Final recommendation - red line vs public consultation version.
   - Response to all public comments.

Please note that the Ombuds report does not include the external
evaluator's report as it is quite large and has been distributed in the
past.
