Or, if you want it in plain English: Clarify that enforcement of contractual terms is available for activities that are consistent with the Mission and Bylaws, without suggesting that the scope what is permitted by the Mission and Bylaws is expanded merely by writing it into a contract with a Registry or Registrar.
