The first cost summary slide indicates $23.3m total spend for the entire project from July 2014 (inception of the tracking) to March 2016 (not $70m as indicated in your email below). The legal costs summary tables, in the Legal Advice Costs section, display the costs only for FY16 (9 months from July 2015 to March 2016). The same information for the preceding period (FY15, from July 2014 to June 2015), appears in the section at the bottom called "Preciously published information". I hope that clarifies.
