[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG - Answers to questions and issues

All, Please find attached the CCWG's answers to questions and issues (some of which originated from the CCWG). These include answers to CCWG generated questions and issues which affect the Bylaws drafting and as such should be considered by the drafting team.
