[CCWG-ACCT] NTIA's IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal Assessment Report

NTIA has just issued its assessment report of the IANA Stewardship Transition proposals. In its report, NTIA states: "NTIA finds that the IANA Stewardship Transition Proposal meets the criteria necessary to complete the long-promised privatization of the IANA functions.”
