All, Our lawyers have been working late an managed to provide us with the final legal review of recommendations 1,2 and 11 before publication of the full package (following the acceptance of the compromise for recommendation 11 those changes had not been reviewed). It was felt that it was best to provide the CCWG with these updates now so they can be included in the final draft and considered by CCWG in the final review of the full draft over the weekend. It is important to note that Becky Burr and Steve DelBianco were also outstanding in reviewing these edits last night and providing some final touches. As such please find attached clean and red line versions of recommendations 1,2 and 11 which includes all legal comments and a 3 adjustments to these per Becky and Steve. These will be integrated in the final complete report that staff is currently preparing for publication later today.
