Hi everyone,
I am not a co-chair but my recollection is that this meeting is for an initial scan and to make sure that the WPs are allocated the right sets of comments to do further work on.
Then, the WPs would be doing that intensively up until the freeze on 16 June.
It is the results of that work that we will all discuss in Buenos Aires on 19 June.
So: time zone etc: this is just an initial scan.
I personally never saw the document the CWG did that helped - Alan or others, is there any chance of sharing that with me (with the CCWG?) to have a look?
bests

Given the really bad timing for some of us (2-5 am for me) and the size of the document, it would hve bee REALLY better if there was a more detailed agenda and some idea of the methodology to be used.
For the CWG, a similar LONG list of comments was prepared, but the actually WG work was based on another document which was far more manageable. Is this going to be done here?
Is it envisioned that the full analysis will be done in this one meeting?
Inquiring (and tired) minds want to know.

I wonder; what would be a good process to have a substantial and fruitful discussion on a 85 pages document received less than 24 hours in advance?
