We have attached it above. We suggest that the Memo above comparing the Board Proposal to the CCWG 2nd Draft Proposal provides the most concise discussion. We have also included the Slides that compare the Sole Member, Sole Designator and Board Proposal on issues of community powers and enforceability. You may wish to send these materials to the Board. We leave that to you. We also are awaiting comments from Jones Day and ICANN Legal on a comparison of the current IRP, IRP as proposed in the CCWG 2nd Draft Proposal and the IRP and MEM as described in the Board’s Proposal. Once we receive their comments we will review and revise and provide that comparison to you. Please note that as emphasized on the call this morning and in the Memo and Slides above, the issues of legal structure, scope of community powers and the degree of enforceability are inter-related. As you know, these complex issues have been a dominant focus in CCWG’s deliberations to date, and as a result there is a wealth of other relevant material that has been generated about various options.
