According to ST 18 the ICANN Board has only to try, in good faith and in a timely and efficient manner, to find a mutually acceptable solution, when GAC advice is supported by *consensus*. The ICANN Board has always to duly take account of GAC advice – also advices that are not supported by consensus in the GAC.
