All, Please find attached the final report of the Transparency subgroup in PDF (clean and red-lined) which is being presented for a first reading at the 18 October plenary. Although it did not meet the formal deadline for submission for that plenary it was still accepted because 1 these recommendations were already presented to the plenary in January and 2 the revised version submitted here has few significant changes (see red-line). Given these points and the fact that the changes made address most of the public comment made it is also expected that the plenary will not require a second public consultation.
