All, In case you missed the original message from Greg Shatan here is compromise language for the HR-FOI Final Report which is acceptable to all - attached below. This meets the request of the Co-Chairs from the 11 October plenary that the parties try to achieve a compromise which would remove the need for a minority position in the Final Report. The Co-Chairs would like to thank all the participants involved in reaching this consensus which clearly demonstrates the value of having all participants working collaboratively and in good faith to reach recommendations which represent as broad a consensus as possible.
