Save the date - July Meeting
On behalf of Cochairs Dear all, In alignment with our project plan - I.e finalization of the proposal in time for the Dublin meeting, 40-day public comment period requirement and in light of your doodle poll entries, we would like to inform you that the July meeting will take place on Friday, 17 July and Saturday, 18 July 2015. Please save these dates in your calendar. This meeting will be a face-to-face meeting as we strongly believe this format is the most efficient way to make progress, as indicated on our call #35 (Tuesday, 2 June). As always, remote participation will be available to those who are not in a position to attend in person. We acknowledge this set of dates may not be ideal for all CCWG members and participants but believe that pushing dates any further would compromise the timely delivery of our final work stream 1 proposals. ICANN staff have started the venue search and we hope to provide you with an update in the very near future. In the meantime, we invite you to confirm your in-person presence by sending an RSVP to acct-staff@icann.org<mailto:acct-staff@icann.org>. Please note that only the 26 members, the ATRT Expert, and the ICG Liaisons are eligible for travel funding. Participants are welcome to attend the F2F meeting at their own expense. We thank you for your understanding of the planning challenges. Best regards, Mathieu, Thomas, León

Alice, I confirm my attendance. I can easily shift one day's worth of consultations into the following week(s) and my operating lists on Friday and Monday (just in case) by a week, given this notice. Eberhart, I wonder if you could specify which of the deadlines we face are unnecessary? (I would argue all deadlines are more or less arbitrary when it comes to this universe.) Is it the scheduled ICANN meetings? Or something else? Thanks Jordan On Sunday, 7 June 2015, Dr Eberhard W Lisse <el@lisse.na> wrote:
