"agree to participate" must be "take action to participate" GAC participation would not be permanent but on a case by case --> Every SO/AC has right not to express a view. Binary choice is whether listed in Bylaws as SO/AC that is entitled to exercise view If each SO/AC can decide on a case-by-case basis, will the escalation model reflect the change in the number of supporting votes needed for enforcement? E.g. if only 3 SO/ACs are participating. --> No - threshold is designed to evidence wide community support. If only two ACs supporting removing director, power would not have effect. Unclear how to change Article of Incorporation to include Empowered Community. We need to decide on this --> This will be discusssed on call on Tuesday. Lawyers will be asked as well.
